• Juniors and Seniors, your Student ID# is your access code.
• Formal Attire required - No Denim.
• Ticket sales end April 24 at 3PM. No tickets sold at the door.
• All Student Handbook policies apply, including dress code. 
• Doors close at 8:30pm. 
• Students and guests MUST have their Ticket QR code and a valid ID to enter event.

*If your guest DOES NOT attend LPHS, please complete a hardcopy Guest Registration Form available in the front office by FRIDAY, April 17th. Once this request has been approved by an administrator, guest codes will be emailed by Wednesday, April 22.

*Note: Code issued will allow you to purchase 1 ticket for your guest to attend Prom & 1 ticket for your guest to attend After Prom. Up to 4 tickets can be purchased on a single account, but only one ticket at a time. If purchasing for your guest or student, be sure to enter guest or student name on ticket. Access codes can only be used once.
