Dear Families,

On Friday, May 8th, our grade will be visiting the Cincinnati Museum Center (Union Terminal). We will be riding buses there. We will be leaving school at 9:20 am and arriving back around 2:30 pm. The cost of the field trip for students is being covered by a very generous anonymous donor! Chaperones will need to pay $12.50 still. We will be eating at the museum, so please pack your child a lunch that day in a disposable bag with their name on it or check the box below to have the cafeteria pack a lunch for your child. The school sack lunch is a peanut butter and jelly, cheese stick, fruit, and juice box. Please note that if you volunteer to chaperone, you will need a background check and that unfortunately NO SIBLINGS MAY ATTEND THE FIELD TRIP. Chaperones will be driving separately and meeting us at the museum. Please complete the information and pay here.
