Any non-OHHS student needs a completed & signed guest form. Click the “Download” button on the right to download the form. Must be printed off, completed and attached to the ticket to receive entry to the dance.
Cost of ticket includes parking at Paul Brown Stadium. Pick up your parking pass with your Prom t-shirt during in school ticket sales 4/12-4/18.
Printed receipt is your ticket to the dance.
*No admittance to the dance after 9:30 PM. No re-entry to the event.
*Ticket and photo ID must be presented to enter. All school rules apply.
*No middle school students or guests over age 20.
*Non-OHHS student guest forms must be completed and attached to ticket.
*No props or low-cut/revealing attire.
