Freshman 101: Learn the ropes of high school life.

Your Schedule: Receive your official 2026-2027 class schedule.

the Campus: Find your classrooms before the first day.

Introduction to school clubs and organizations.

& Socialize: Meet your classmates, play games, and eat pizza!

Receive your official Class of 2030 T-shirt and group photo.
The
Freshman & Parent Mixer
Join us right
after orientation to wrap up the day with some fun!
- Location: Bodacious Bar &
Q (8410 Line Ave, Shreveport, LA 71118)
- Activities: Meet & mingle
on the patio, enjoy great BBQ, and play pickleball!
- Admission:
- Students: Entry is included
in their Camp Gator fee.
- Parents: A separate ticket
must be purchased to attend.

Gator Fee (Students): $45 (Includes entry to the Freshman Mixer)
- Student
Registration Deadline: Monday, August 3, 2026, at Noon.
- Parent
Mixer Ticket Deadline: Friday, July 31, 2026.
Important
Eligibility Notice for Parents: Please ensure your child is fully
enrolled and registered with classes as a Captain Shreve student before signing up for Camp Gator. Any
purchases made for students who are not registered at Captain Shreve by July 31 will be refunded, minus credit card processing fees

The PTSA will be selling official spirit wear
during Camp Gator and the Parent Orientation!

Print & Cancellation Policies
- Event
Cancellation: Camp Gator is subject to cancellation based on Federal, State,
and local safety guidance. If the event is canceled by the school, you
will receive a full $45 refund and the Class of 2030 T-shirt.
- No-Show
Policy:
If you purchase a ticket but your student does not attend, the fee is non-refundable. However, your
student may still pick up their Class of 2030 T-shirt from the school at a
later date.
