Celebrate your birthday by adding a book to our Orion Oaks Library collection!  For a $10 donation to the library, you may select a special birthday book from a shelf of brand-new library books.  A special dedication will be placed on the inside cover honoring your special day and donation to the library.

You will be the very first person to check out your birthday book.  After you finish reading your book, you will return it to the library for the rest of the school to enjoy!

Please make sure if you are registering multiple students to complete the form accordingly.
