HILLIARD DARBY CREEK ELEMENTARY NEXT November Chess Club - Grades 3-5 ONLY

November Chess Club will include 2 different tournaments. Our first tournament will be a partner tournament where you and a partner will put your critical thinking skills together to attempt to beat your opposing team. Our next tournament will be a timed tournament where each player will have a total of 7 minutes of play time. This will help us learn to master the quick thinking chess skills. We will also have free play as well. The top 6 students will receive awards for each tournament. There will be a small snack provided for each student.

We will meet in the Darby Creek IDC from 3:45-5:15 pm on the following dates: November 2, 9, 16 and 30, 2026
