LEADER: Grow Your Strengths & Skills to Lead with Purpose
Grades 1st - 3rd | 9 a.m.–12 p.m.
Leaders are built through action. Through partner challenges, group problem-solving on the wall, and guided reflection, students practice leading by example, encouraging peers, and making principled choices under pressure — discovering that leadership starts with how they show up every day.
Grades 4th - 8th | 9 a.m.–12 p.m.
Students rotate through real leadership roles — leading, supporting, and coaching peers through progressively complex climbing challenges. Facilitated debriefs help students connect their experience on the wall to the interpersonal skills they'll carry into every area of life.
