Boys Basketball Camp

Instructors: Dan Blemaster, Varsity Boys Basketball Coach & Coaching Staff.

            These camps emphasize the development of the basic fundamentals associated with basketball. The emphasis for the camp is that each participant will have the opportunity to receive valuable instruction in order to enhance his/her basketball skills.

Boys Football Camps

June 11-13 @ Laingsburg High School

            Camp cost includes t-shirt

6:00pm-8:30pm        9^th-12^th grades            $40.00

Helmets are required for this session. Students will receive helmets from LHS at the beginning of the summer. Players will learn the techniques and drills used at the varsity level. Players will spend time in individual stations, as well as small groups and full team.

July 24-26 @ Laingsburg High School

6:00pm-8:00pm-       3^rd-8^th grades              $30.00

Athletes need to provide cleats & a water bottle. No helmets necessary. Varsity football coaches & players will be instructing students in techniques and drills used at the high school level. 

Cross Country Camp

July 16-20 @ Laingsburg Middle School

            Camp cost includes t-shirt

12:00pm-1:15pm-       3^rd-8^th grades              $40.00

Students will learn proper warm-ups, running styles and cool down strategies to promote a healthy life-style. Core exercise will be incorporated into this camp.

Volleyball Camp

June 25-27 @ Laingsburg High School

            Camp Cost includes camp memento

9:00am-Noon            6th-8th             $40

1:00pm-3:00pm        2nd-5th            $40

Instructors: HS and MS coaches with current and former HS players.

Campers will practice and enhance volleyball skills through individual assistance from coaches and team situations. They will also be participating in a wide variety of team scrimmages in a fun, exciting atmosphere.

Cheer Camp

June 26-28 @ Laingsburg Elementary Big Gym

9:00am-10:30am-       1^st-4^th grades               $40.00

10:30am-12pm-          5^th-8^th grades               $40.00

Campers will spend time learning the fundamentals of the sideline & competitive cheerleading! They will be tumbling, learn motions, jumps & drills and of course stunting! We will cover competitive sideline material including proper level progressions and safety while having lots of fun!
