Hilliard Davidson Touchdown Club - Meet the Team Night 2018

 

Dear Wildcats Parents and Friends,

 

The Hilliard Davidson Touchdown Club cordially invites you to attend our “Meet the Team Night” dinner and fundraiser to be held on Friday, August 10, 2018 from 5:30-10:30 pm.

The event will be held at the Makoy Center, 5462 Center Street in Hilliard. The evening will feature the introduction of the 2018 Wildcat Varsity, JV and Freshman football teams by Head Coach Brian White, and a message from our Keynote Speaker Anthony Schlegel. Other activities will include raffle items, silent auction, 50/50 drawing and dinner catered by Texas Roadhouse. We will also proudly announce the recipient of the 2018 Brad Strahler Memorial Scholarship.

We ask everyone to help honor the hard work and dedication of our players and coaches by attending this event.  This evening is an excellent opportunity to meet the families and friends of our young athletes and coaching staff and show our pride in their accomplishments as we kick off the 2018 season.

Dinner tickets are $30 per person and space is limited. 


Please bring a copy of your e-ticket or LocaLevel
receipt with you to the event.  Because this is our biggest fundraiser,
the expectation is that all players in grades 9-12 purchase a minimum of 2 tickets per
family.  The deadline for all ticket orders is
August 3, 2018. We WILL NOT be able to accept walk-ins at the time of the event.

our website at www.davidsontdclub.org.  The Hilliard Davidson Touchdown Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization open to
everyone. Our primary goal is to raise funds for the sole purpose of improving
the Wildcat Football Program. We encourage you to visit our website to learn of
our upcoming meetings and other activities. Your participation is all it takes
to join, and all donations—including your Meet the Team tickets—are tax
deductible.
