$55/student-does not include dance tickets!

Dance located at Byrd.

NO ACTUAL TICKET will be provided for Dine & Ride! The email you receive will be your ticket into Dine & Ride.  You can either print the email(with bar code) or send email to your student's phone and the bar codes will be scanned at the door.  Names will also be on a list at the door at The Supper Club!!

SECURITY

• Chaperones are present at ALL locations including during transport.

• 2 police officers will be onsite at the The Supper Club during the event.

• Purses, jackets, pockets, etc. are subject to search by security and/or school personnel if deemed necessary.

DROP OFF AND PICK UP

• Parking available in the lot across the street from The Supper Club and on the street.

• Check-in will be at 5:30 in the lobby. (MUST HAVE  SCHOOL ID and separate dance ticket)
• Two-58 passenger buses will begin transport to Byrd gym at 6:40pm.
• Mandatory return transport from Byrd gym to The Supper Club will begin at 9:45pm.
• Students can be picked up any time after they return from the dance but NO LATER than 12:00am.

MEALS

• 6:00pm buffet style meal--salad, herb roasted chicken, mac n cheese, green beans, dessert

•  10:00-12:00am after party snack-- chicken fingers, sausage biscuits and honey butter chicken biscuits from Whataburger, cookies and brownies will be available

PHOTO OPPORTUNITY

• A photo backdrop will be available for pictures at The Supper Club.

REMINDERS 

• Dance Tickets are sold separately at the school.

• Dates are NOT required.

• This is a FRESHMEN ONLY event; students in other grades are NOT permitted to attend the Dine & Ride.

• NON-BYRD dates MUST be registered with Administration and MUST be freshmen.

• Dine & Ride students will NOT be allowed to leave from the dance; they MUST return on the bus to The Supper Club to be picked up.
