2019 Fort Hayes On Ice - Winter Snow Tubing Trip

When:     Tuesday, January 15th, 2019

Where:     Avalanche Tubing Park - Mad River Mountain

                  1000 Snow Valley Rd, Zanesfield, OH 43360

Time:        3:30 to 9:30 pm 

                 - Students will meet in cafeteria at 3 pm for registration and attendance

                 - Buses leave promptly at 3:30

Cost:        $25 per student

Tickets:    Available on Local Level Events website




In order to attend this event, students must meet the following requirements:

  • No suspensions during grading period 2
  • No office referrals during grading period 2
  • No more than two (2) tardies to ANY class period
