COURSE DESCRIPTION: In this course, you will learn the basics of cake
decorating. Students will learn how to make different forms of buttercream and the various piping techniques used to decorate a cake. You will practice these techniques on cookies, cupcakes, and finally a finished cake. By the end of the course, you will have fully learned how to fill, ice, and beautifully decorate a cake. Each participant will be required to bring a $20.00 material fee to the first class of the course.
