IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL ATTENDEES
All students MUST present a valid STUDENT ID to enter the dance.
If you are bringing a guest that does not attend Liberty High School, you MUST complete the attached form. This form must be completely filled out including ALL SIGNATURES (parent and principal of guest school). If this form in incomplete, guests will not be allowed to enter the dance.
Doors close at 9 P.M. NO EXCEPTIONS
Tickets will be sold until noon on Saturday, September 28th.
All attendees must adhere by rules found in the Olentangy Liberty Student Code of Conduct.
