Worthington School District offers an optional, fee-based All-Day Kindergarten (ADK) Program. ADK tuition for the 2020-2021 school year is $330 per month. The first month is due when you sign up for the ADK Program. Space is limited. If there are more available seats than ADK applicants at a given elementary school, then a lottery will not be necessary. If there are more ADK applicants than available seats at a given elementary school, then a lottery will be necessary.

1) Complete and submit the online registration.
2) Schedule enrollment appointment at the Welcome Center (an e-mail will be sent to you with a link to "Ventus" Scheduler).
These steps must be completed before registering your child for the ADK Program/Lottery.

Important Dates:
November 1, 2019 (Friday) - Enrollment for Kindergarten 2020-2021 opens. (both 1/2 day & ADK)
February 21, 2020 (Friday) - Final day to enroll at the Welcome Center for the ADK Lottery. Final day to sign up and pay first month’s tuition for the ADK Lottery.
March 2, 2020 (Monday); Posted at 4:00 PM - Go to: www.worthington.k12.oh.us to view the time of the ADK Lottery for your home school. (If a lottery is not needed at your home school, that information will also be posted.)

Free and Reduced Information:
If you believe your child may qualify for free and reduced tuition under the Federal Lunch Program, a Worthington Schools Free and Reduced School Meals Application, 2019-2020, must be completed and submitted to:

Complete the Free and Reduced paper application only. Online applications will not be accepted.
Complete the Free and Reduced paper application prior to registering for the ADK Program/Lottery.
Sutter Park Preschool Families: You must complete and submit another paper application even if your child has a free and reduced status for the current year.
Please list the elementary school your child will attend for Kindergarten.
After your application is processed, a determination of Free/Reduced/Denied will be e-mailed to you.
If your child qualifies for FREE status, please enter the discount code e-mailed to you on the last payment screen of this website, and tuition will be waived.
If your child qualifies for REDUCED status, tuition is $165. Enter the discount code e-mailed to you on the last payment screen on this website.
Please note that the "Free and Reduced School Meals Application" will be updated over the summer. You will need to submit a new application when classes begin in August.
If you fail to submit a new application in August, your child will be charged the full tuition amount of $330/month.

Post Lottery Wait List/Refund Information:
ADK wait list students have 3 options:
Accept Half-Day Kindergarten slot. Removed from wait list. Immediate refund.
Remain on wait list. No refund. Waitlist refunds will be processed at the end of the first week of school.
Open enroll to another Worthington Elementary School. No refund. Open enrollment applications are processed June-July. Transportation is not provided.
Refunds will be processed after the ADK Lottery if:
Your child enrolls in a private Kindergarten (withdraws from the ADK Program).
Your family moves out of the Worthington School District (withdraws from the ADK Program).

Mailed payments will not be accepted.
All-Day Kindergarten applicants who enroll between 11/1/2019-2/21/2020 are in the same selection pool.
