As many of you know both R.W.W. Field (baseball) and Archer Field (softball) lack permanent bleachers, forcing our fans to either stand or bring chairs to watch games.  To address this deficiency, the District’s Athletic Department is launching a fundraising campaign to generate the necessary funds to construct permanent bleachers at both the softball and baseball fields.  Additionally, the district wishes to install concrete pads for the bleachers and surrounding areas for fans to place chairs, if they choose to do so.  Each set of bleachers can accommodate over 40 fans and are fully ADA compliant, with the first row being reserved for our fans with disabilities.  Our goal is to raise $10,000 by January 1, 2020.  By meeting this goal, we can have both the concrete pad and bleachers installed at each field for the start of the 2020 Season.  All donations are appreciated with the following donor levels established to help guide your level of support:

In appreciation of your support, your name will be permanently displayed on plaques at both Archer Field and R.W.W. Field.  Any funds raised above our goal will be reserved for future improvements to our fields including additional bleachers, sidewalks, pressboxs, sound systems, restrooms, and concessions.  Donations can also be mailed or dropped off to New London Board of Education Office at 2 Wildcat Drive, New London Ohio 44851
