Please fill out the appropriate information within this registration and pay your transportation fee to participate in the 2019-2020 AHS Winter Sports Club season.

What does the fee cover?

• Busing to and from Boston Mills

• Turnpike fees

• Access to Equipment Truck

These fees are nonrefundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
