Rocky River City Schools has postponed 9 to 5 the Musical until April 23-25, 2020.

We will begin by switching the dates so that people who purchased tickets for one night of the week will retain their ticket for that same night of the week, just a different date. Tickets will be converted as follows:

Thursday, March 12 --> Thursday, April 23

Friday, March 13 --> Friday, April 24

Saturday, March 14 --> Saturday, April 25

*Please note that these dates are still subject to change, should guidance from the CDC and county health department in late April require further adjustments to the performance schedule.*

Ticket swaps/Release tickets without a refund:

If you would like to swap your tickets purchased for one night for a different night, please fill out this Google form, and we will begin manually processing these requests ASAP:

Please also use this form if are not able to use your tickets in April, but you wish to release your seats for resale and would like to donate the cost of your ticket to the RRHS Drama Department. 

Tickets purchased online, request a refund:

If you purchased tickets online and would like a refund, you may request one through Local Level Events, and those refunds will be processed through the company. The refund will include a 3% refund fee plus a 20 cent fee per ticket. The credit card processing fee originally charged with your order will not be refunded. If you wish to request a refund, please contact our Local Level Events rep Melissa Drescher at mdrescher@locallevelevents.com.

Online ticket sales for each date will end at NOON the day of the performance. Remaining seats will be available for purchase at the door for each performance.

To purchase tickets for multiple nights, you will need to place separate orders. You will will have to repeat the order process for each night you wish to purchase tickets (place one order for Thursday, one for Friday, etc.).

Complementary patron tickets may be redeemed using the regular ticket order page. Patron donations will be verified within 24 hours for orders placed Monday-Friday and within 48 hours for orders placed Saturday-Sunday, and a coupon code will be emailed to the provided email address to be redeemed for the appropriate number of tickets. Patrons must be purchased by March 6, 2020 for names to be included in the program and to guarantee a t-shirt in the desired size.
