I understand and agree that the Olentangy High School camp staff and anyone connected with the camp assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, medical or dental expenses occurring during the Braves camp from June 10-12, 2025 and/or July 24-26, 2025. I recognize that participating in this activity has a certain amount of risk and an injury is always possible. I assume full financial responsibility for any medical or dental expenses. I hereby authorize the Camp Director and its staff to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency situation.
