HILLIARD BROWN ELEMENTARY NEXT Brown Bear Run Club -
Grades 2-5 ONLY
Each meeting will start with a WARMUP. Then, with the help of some volunteers, we will take the kids on a RUN: The focus of each day is the run itself. We will challenge the kids to push themselves, but be sure to provide plenty of water breaks. Then, we move to WORKOUT DRILLS: These post-run drills are a chance to work on full body fitness, going beyond the run. Then we play a GAME: The goal of our games is to keep the kids running - but in a fun, game setting. Finally, we end with a LESSON and STATIC STRETCH.
We'll meet at Brown from 3:35-4:30 pm on the following dates: April 6, 9, 13, 16, 20, 23, 27, 30, May 4 and 7, 2026
