By purchasing the $20 Jean Day privilege, I understand and agree that my child may wear jeans on the designated Jean Days from September through May, provided that all Jean Day guidelines are followed.

I understand and agree to the following:

Jeans must be school-appropriate and free of holes, rips, tears, or excessive distressing.
Jeans may be worn ONLY with Claiborne Spirit Wear.
Claiborne Spirit Wear must be purchased through Claiborne Fundamental Magnet.
Jean Day privileges apply only on the designated Jean Days announced by the school.
My child is expected to follow all other school dress code policies while participating in Jean Day.
If my child wears jeans that do not meet the requirements or wears jeans on a non-designated day, the school may require my child to change into an appropriate uniform.
The $20 Jean Day fee covers the September–May Jean Day period and does not guarantee that jeans may be worn on days not designated by the school.
I understand that participation is a privilege and may be revoked if the Jean Day guidelines are repeatedly not followed.
