When using this venue
for ADK deposit payment, please be sure to download and print the attachment of
two required forms – Tuition Guidelines for 2017/18 and our ADK Auto Credit
Card Form both of which are MANDATORY for the 2017/18 school year. Your placement
is temporarily secured with deposit made through this website, but it is not
complete until these forms are received by the Treasurer’s Office. This
allows us on the 1st of every month to place your monthly tuition
payment against your credit or debit card from October through May. YOU
MUST PRINT OFF THESE FORMS, FILL OUT ACCORDINGLY, AND RETURN TO THE TREASURER’S
OFFICE AT 140 E. Indiana Avenue, Perrysburg, OH 43551 during this same
week. You may stop by to do so 8:00 a.m.
to 3:30 p.m., or send via mail. Should
you pay the tuition balance in full prior to 8/31, or withdraw from the program
prior to the school year starting, this form will be shredded and no charges
will be made to your account.
Deposits will be accepted from 03/21/2017 at
8:00 a.m. and continue through 03/23/2017 at 3:30 p.m. on this website.
Pupil Services has confirmed with all parent(s) and guardian(s) the amount to pay for deposit.
Deposits not received via this website, or in the Treasurers Office , by 3/23/17 at 3:30 p.m., cannot be accepted. The spot
reserved for your student may be given to a student on our waiting
list. Please select the amount of payment you will be
paying today for your deposit in full as described below. If you need to make a deposit for more than one student in
your family, please stop by the
Treasurer's Office for these deposits. Please do not use this website.
Additionally, should you like to pay tuition in full for 2017/18 school year, please contact the Treasurer's Office and receive a 5% discount for doing so. The discount for paying in full is available through 8/31/17 only. Available office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
