Training

• Running, passing, kicking and moving the ball to space
• ALL NEW PLAYERS WELCOME

• Safe tackling technique (against tackling pads only)

• Blues rugby values (growth mindset, humility, accountability, brotherhood)

What should players bring?

• Players should bring water, mouthguard, cleats.
