Welcome to the Caddo Parish School Board Records Department. Effective immediately, all records requests must be done online.  We are happy to assist you with the following requests:

    Diploma & Transcript    $20.00

    Transcript ONLY             $5.00

    Verification of Age         $5.00

A copy of the graduate's driver's license or state issued ID MUST accompany all requests. If a third-party individual,(e.g., parent requesting for an applicant) employer or agency is requesting a record on behalf of an applicant, a signed statement authorizing release of information(see document to the right) AND a copy of the applicant’s driver’s license or state issued identification must be included with the completed form.  E-signatures are not acceptable.
